Starting Guide

How to register and must I register before purchase?

: You do not need to register with us to start purchasing but the registration process is as easy as 1-2-3! Registering with us will allow you to manage your address, change your password. We will also keep you updated with latest products news and promotions. We promise no more than 3 promotion emails per month.

To register, just follow steps below and you are done!

  1. Click on ‘Login’ button located at the top black menu
  2. Fill in your email and password and click ‘Register’.

Momorice quality promise

: Momorice take quality seriously. We work around the clock to ensure the quality of our products are maintained.

Warranty of electrical appliances come directly from the manufacturer so you do not need to worry. For the food products where the days-to-expiry does varies on each products type, this will depend on the manufacturer policy. Items that are reaching 90% of their shelf life will not be shipped out. If you would like to know more about quality/warranty on specific products, please give us a call @ 6897 0488 during office hours. 

Ordering

How do I search for products on website?

: Our products are easy to find because they are categorised and indexed for easy search. There are a few ways to find them:

  1. By Product Category – Move your cursor to our ‘Shop‘ drop down menu to search for products in all our categories. Click on a category to browse the sub-category (if available). You can use the filters on the left to jump to other categories.
  2. By Brand – Click on the ‘Logo‘ of specific brand on our home page to go to the products under the brand.
  3. By Search bar – Just type any products name in the top grey search bar below the ‘momorice” logo to start searching.

Alternatively, just scroll down to our ‘Best seller‘ section to pick up the popular products.  

How to place order ?

: Ordering is easy and systematic. Just follow steps below:

  1. Add to cart: Select the products, pick the colour/design, choose the quantity and click “Add to Cart”. 
  2. Checkout: Go to the shopping basket icon to in the upper right corner and click ‘Checkout->
  3. Key in your Billing Address, Shipping Address (if it defers from Billing Address), delivery date & time, and Mode of Payment, then click the orange ‘Place order’ button.
  4. You may leave any special instruction on your order at the Order Note section.
  5. You will receive an order confirmation shortly via your registered email and SMS.

Can I change, add items or cancel my orders ?

: If you have not make any payment, you may ignore your previous order and create an new order. If you have make the payment and would like to make changes/cancel, please contact us @ 6897-0488 or chat with us by clicking the blue colored “Chat With Us” bubble.

Payment

How do I pay ?

: We accept 3 modes of payment now.

  • You can do Direct Bank Transfer to our company bank account
  • Pay via Paypal, which allow you to use major credit cards.
  • Cash On Delivery , however a SGD2 dollar handling fees will be imposed as we encourage customers to use the above 2 mode of payments which are hassle free.

Do you accept Cash On Delivery?

: Yes. You may opt for Cash on Delivery. However there will be a SGD2 dollar surcharge when you select COD option for order less than SGD100. We encourage our customers to make payment using Credit Card or Paypal which is hassle free.

Do I need Paypal account to make payment?

: No, you do not need to register with Paypal before paying with us. Paypal allow you to pay using major credit cards.

What is your bank account no if I want to make payment via Bank Transfer?

: You could make your payment for your order by directly transferring your payment to the following 2 bank accounts. Please kindly write an email to inform us once the payment is made. Do write down your order # in the reference field when making bank transfer. This method of payment is recommended for customers within Singapore only. For international orders, if you choose to do the bank transfer, your bank will incur a transfer fees. For international customers, payment via Credit card or Paypal is recommended.

Shipping

How do you ship your products?

: We use TAQBIN next day delivery service to ship within Singapore. TAQBIN will ship your order to your doorstep. Please click here to know details. For international shipping, we use Singpost Air Freight or Surface Shipping (By Sea).

Where is the goods location?

: All our goods are located in Singapore and will be shipped from Singapore.

How much is your shipping fees?

: Singapore fees within Singapore starts from a mere SGD4 (for small item like Thermal flask) to SGD7.50 for bigger item. For order over SGD69, you enjoy free shipping within Singapore. Shipping fees would be auto calculated once you have added them into the cart, just proceed to view the cart to see the final shipping fees.

Do you ship outside Singapore?

: Yes. We ship internationally for most of our products. International shipping fees will be calculated automatically for most countries. However if you could not place order from your country, please write to us to ask for shipping fees to your country before placing order.

Shipping Fees for Rice Cooker

: Our website automatically calculates the shipping fees for rice cooker depending on shipping destination. To arrive at the exact shipping fees, please add the rice cooker into the cart, and proceed to view the cart.

Warranty

What is the warranty for electrical items?

All electrical items comes with local Singapore warranty only. If you are an international buyer who buys the products and shipped to overseas, you have to send it back to Singapore to claim your warranty. The buyer will have to bear the cost of sending back the repaired unit back to your country.
